Why this product
Zenko instruments are made in France for people who want to start playing immediately — no scores, no lessons, no years of practice. The Fire variant suits anyone who loves a radiant, motivating timbre. We chose it for our Feeltone selection because it layers beautifully on top of monochord drones, adding a living, percussive voice to the mix.
Care tips
- Start slowly with your thumbs and let every note ring out.
- Pair with a monochord or koshi bells — the Fire Zenko sings on top of a sustained drone.
- Wipe the surface with a soft microfibre cloth after use and keep it away from moisture.
About Feeltone
Feeltone is a small, hand-craft workshop in Lassan, northern Germany, founded by Ingo Böhme. For more than two decades the team has been building monochords, sound beds, sound chairs and ceremonial drums for sound bath practitioners, sound artists and meditation practitioners. Every instrument is built by hand from sustainably sourced timber and finished with natural oils. The Zenko family is part of the carefully curated accessory range that Feeltone distributes alongside its own instruments.
