Which practice is it for?
It is made for gentle to medium-intensity styles – it suits hatha and yin yoga and calm stretching best. For powerful, dynamic styles the lightweight build is less suitable.
Care and storage
Before first use, wipe it with lukewarm water and an eco-friendly cleaner, then rinse with plain water; grip improves with use. Dry it flat and store it rolled up in a dry, cool place away from sunlight.
