Which practice is it for?
It is built for gentle to medium-intensity styles – a fine companion for hatha and yin yoga, breathwork and long, quiet stretches. For powerful, dynamic styles such as power yoga or ashtanga, the thin, lightweight build is less suited.
Care and storage
Before first use, wipe it down with lukewarm water and an eco-friendly cleaner, then rinse with plain water – this deepens the grip, which only improves the more often the mat is used. Dry it flat when unrolled, then store it rolled up in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
