Which practice is it for?
It suits gentle to medium-intensity styles best – hatha and yin yoga, long-held poses and breathwork. For powerful, dynamic styles the thin build is less ideal.
Care and storage
Before first use, wipe it with lukewarm water and an eco-friendly cleaner, then rinse with plain water; grip improves with use. Dry it flat when unrolled and store it rolled up in a dry, cool place away from sunlight.
