Which practice is it for?
It suits gentle to medium-intensity styles best – hatha and yin yoga and calm stretching. For powerful, dynamic styles the lightweight build is less suitable.
Care and storage
Store it rolled up in a dry place after use. Clean with natural soap and water or a yoga-mat cleaner; hang to dry.
