Material & make
The cover is made from OCS-certified organic cotton, and the inner fill is natural buckwheat hulls. The hulls hold a supportive shape yet give a little, so the cushion settles under the body. Shown here in blue. Approximate size 60 × 16 cm.
How to use it
For restorative yoga, chest opening, supporting the knees and lower back, and relaxing stretches. Laid along the spine, it opens the chest gently.
Care & good to know
The cover closes at the base, so the buckwheat fill can be topped up or thinned at any time. Hand washing in cold water is recommended, with the filling removed first. The living texture of the cotton and small differences in shade are part of its handmade character.
Kept near a quiet corner, it stays within reach for the moments when there is time to settle inward.
