Product EOUL-06 is a 10-piece, unlabelled set: ten 10 ml glass bottles, each filled with pure Comoros-grown Cananga odorata (ylang ylang) essential oil. The set is intended for crafters, cosmetic formulators, aromatherapists and entrepreneurs building a private-label perfumery line.
What the 10-piece set contains
The package includes 10 identical 10 ml amber glass bottles, each filled with steam-distilled Cananga odorata essential oil. The bottles arrive without labels, so you can apply your own branding, dosage instructions or design. Net content is 10 ml per bottle and the total weight is approximately 0.41 kg.
Botany: ylang ylang fractions
Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata) is a tropical tree in the Annonaceae family, whose flowers are picked at night for maximum essential oil yield. Distillation proceeds in several fractions: Extra, I, II, III and Complete. The Extra fraction is the most intense, floral top-note-dominant grade; Complete contains the full distillation spectrum with a balanced aroma. This product corresponds to the I fraction, with a profile that meets perfumery standards.
Origin and production
The oil is sourced from the Comoros, an Indian Ocean archipelago where ylang ylang is the main export crop and a classic perfumery raw material. It is produced by steam distillation from freshly picked flowers, typically in traditional local stills. This method carries the volatile aromatic compounds with water vapour, keeping thermal load limited.
Applications
- Private-label cosmetics: hair oil, body oil, sensual body lotion
- Aromatherapy: diffuser blends for calming and relaxing compositions, evening rituals
- Soap and candle making: cold-process soap, soy wax candles with a floral note
- Perfumery: heart and base note in floral, sensual compositions
- Gift packaging: small-batch resale with custom labelling
Storage and shelf life
Store the essential oil in a cool, dark place, preferably below 25 °C, in a tightly closed bottle. Protected from light and heat, Cananga odorata oil typically keeps for 2-3 years — ylang ylang ages particularly well and the aroma profile may refine over time. Unopened bottles retain quality longer; once opened, it is advisable to use the content within 12 months.
