A tinkling little wonder: five aluminium tubes hang from this chime's pine holder, with a wind catcher beneath that turns even the gentlest breeze into sound. At 45 cm it is more compact than its larger siblings, so it suits a smaller window or a balcony.
Sound and material
The aluminium tubes give a light, bright, tinkling tone that is lively yet pleasant. The pine holder brings a natural, pale tone to the piece.
Where it fits
A balcony, a smaller terrace or beside an airy window. The feng shui tradition associates the soft sounds of wind chimes with a bright, harmonious atmosphere.
Good to know
Protect the wooden part from prolonged damp; in an airy yet sheltered spot it stays beautiful for a long time.
