Growing and use

Place 2 tablespoons of wheat in a sieve, rinse under running water, distribute in the sprouting vessel. Keep in a bright 20°C spot, protected from direct sun. Rinse twice daily. Germination: 3–5 days.

Fresh wheat sprouts: salads, müesli, smoothies.
