What is this velcro kit for?
With this kit you can attach add-ons to your cajon - shakers, effect boards and similar accessories - quickly and without any tools or drilling. The set contains 4 hook strips and 4 fleece strips, each with a self-adhesive backing. Stick one strip onto the instrument and its partner onto the accessory, and the two hold firmly together while remaining detachable at any time.
Simple installation step by step
First wipe the surface dry and free of dust. Peel off the protective film, press the strip firmly in place for a few seconds, then let it rest for a few hours before loading it. This way the bond stays durable and holds your accessory securely - and you can attach or remove a shaker or effect in seconds, just as the music requires.
Dimensions and contents
Each strip measures 17 × 3 cm and the whole kit weighs only a few dozen grams. The 4+4 piece set is enough for mounting several accessories or replacing old, worn strips. The product is made in Germany.
A practical tip for long life
The velcro stays strong for a long time if you occasionally clean lint out of the hook side. If a strip loses its grip over the years, simply replace it with a fresh one from the kit.
