Twelve celestial tones in a single set
This universal set offers the complete range of planetary tuning forks: twelve forks and a wooden support that keeps them organised and within reach. Planetary tuning means each fork is tuned to a frequency calculated from the orbital period of a celestial body - so every fork has its own distinct tone and character.
Which fork gives which tone?
The set includes the following tunings: Sun 126.2 Hz, Earth Year (Om) 136.1 Hz, Mercury 141.3 Hz, Mars 144.7 Hz, Saturn 147.9 Hz, Jupiter 183.6 Hz, Earth Day 194.2 Hz, Uranus 207.4 Hz, Moon synodic 210.4 Hz, Neptune 211.4 Hz, Venus 221.2 Hz and Schumann 250.6 Hz. The lower forks give a slower, fuller hum, while the higher ones sound brighter and more bell-like - so you can choose the right tone for every occasion and every guest.
Who is the complete set for?
Practising sound therapists, massage therapists and yoga teachers who work with tuning forks regularly, as well as anyone who prefers to acquire the full planetary series at once rather than piece by piece. The wooden support keeps everything in order during sessions: each fork in its place, reachable in a single motion.
Use and care
Sound the forks gently on the soft part of your palm or on a rubber activator, and avoid striking hard surfaces. Wiped with a soft cloth after use and stored in the support, the set will keep its pure tone for many years. Made in Germany; total weight with the support is 1.41 kg.
