Seven tones, seven points - one complete kit
This set contains seven carefully matched planetary tuning forks together with an elegant wooden support. The traditional assignment of the forks to the body areas is: Sun 126.2 Hz (solar plexus), Earth Year / Om 136.1 Hz (heart), Mercury 141.3 Hz (throat), Platonic Year 172.1 Hz (crown), Earth Day 194.2 Hz (root), synodic Moon 210.4 Hz (sacrum) and Venus 221.2 Hz (third eye). The right tone is always at hand for every point.
Why buy the complete set?
Anyone who works with tuning forks - as a sound therapist, massage practitioner or for relaxation at home - sooner or later wants the full range of tones in one place. The seven forks are tuned to the planetary tones based on the calculations of Hans Cousto, they harmonise beautifully with each other, and the wooden support keeps them tidy and within reach.
How to use it day to day
Strike the chosen fork on a soft surface, then hold it to your ear or place its foot on the corresponding body area: you will hear a soft humming tone and feel it as a gentle vibration. You can work through the points one by one, or pick the one or two tones that suit the occasion.
Durable, refined quality
The set is made in Germany; it weighs about 0.96 kg including the support, and the stand is 23.2 cm wide. It is a beautiful, long-term foundation kit for anyone who wants to practise tuning fork relaxation seriously - and a handsome gift as well.
