The classic six Solfeggio tones
The six Solfeggio tones connected to ancient Gregorian chants are 396, 417, 528, 639, 741 and 852 Hz. Tradition links them with different inner areas, for example 528 Hz with calm and 741 Hz with clear expression. We suggest you do not take these readings as fixed but discover for yourself which note speaks closer in which situation.
The three extra frequencies
In the modern Solfeggio system three more notes have been identified: 174, 285 and 963 Hz. Some sound researchers link them to the classic six, as they fit neatly into the numerical series. The nine-piece set thus gives you a full view of how the whole Solfeggio family sounds together.

How to begin
In the first days it is worth getting to know the nine forks one at a time rather than all at once. Place them in order of frequency and listen to one or two tones each day.
