The Sacred Solfeggio series
This nine-fork set is built around the ancient Solfeggio frequencies: 396, 417, 528, 639, 741 and 852 hertz form the original six tones, joined by three further frequencies. You can evoke the atmosphere of Gregorian rituals at home with these tones, and receive a rich palette of sound therapy tools in a single set.
What we recommend it for
The set suits regular meditation or self-knowledge practice. Many people know the 528 hertz tone as a sound of renewal, and the 741 hertz tone is linked to intuition. You play the forks one by one and notice which frequency your body responds to most clearly. In this way you find your own rhythm for the practice.
Material, size and packaging
The forks are made of aluminium, with lengths between 14 and 24.5 centimetres. The tuning accuracy is within ±0.25 percent, and the full pack weighs 568 grams. The set is delivered in a blue velvet pouch measuring 43×24 centimetres, so the nine forks rest neatly side by side and do not knock against each other.
How to play the forks
Hold the stem between your fingers and strike the head against your palm or a soft activator. Bring the fork to your ear or hold it about a hand's width above your body. Begin the practice with the 396 hertz tone and move upwards through the series, so that the full Solfeggio arc unfolds for you.
Storage and care
After use, wipe each fork with a soft, dry cloth and return it to the velvet pouch. The pouch is divided into separate compartments, so every fork has its own place. Do not drop the set on hard surfaces and avoid damp rooms, so the tuning remains accurate for many years.
