Overview of the fifteen-piece set
This set of 15 tuning forks is tuned to the characteristic resonances of human tissues and organs: the frequencies were established based on the research of Barbara Hero and the International Lambdoma Research Institute. Each fork can be used individually or in combination, so you can flexibly assemble your own practice routine. The complete set arrives in a single blue velvet pouch.
The fifteen forks and their pitches
The set contains the following forks: blood – 321.9 Hz, adrenals – 492.8 Hz, kidneys – 319.88 Hz, liver – 317.83 Hz, bladder – 352 Hz, intestines – 281 Hz, lungs – 220 Hz, colon – 176 Hz, gall bladder – 164.3 Hz, pancreas – 117.3 Hz, stomach – 110 Hz, brain – 315.8 Hz, fat cells – 295.8 Hz, muscles – 324 Hz and bone – 418.3 Hz. The forks range from 17 to 29 cm in length, so the set includes both longer and shorter pieces.
Size, material and accuracy
The set measures 67x30 cm overall and weighs 1200 grams – it is among the largest tuning fork sets. Each fork is made of aluminium and tuned within a ±0.25% deviation. The pieces are made with hand-finished precision in an Indian workshop. The included blue velvet pouch measures 69x29 cm, so each fork can be stored in an orderly way.
How to begin working with it
If you are new to this set, start with the higher frequencies (blood, adrenals, brain) and notice how each note feels to you. Move slowly toward the lower frequencies (stomach, colon, gall bladder). Sounding two different forks at the same time produces interesting tonal relationships you are free to explore.
Storage and maintenance
Always keep the 15 pieces in the blue velvet pouch when not in use. The pouch prevents the forks from knocking together or scratching. Activate with a rubber striker or by tapping your knee. Clean with a soft, dry cloth only, avoiding chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place.
