The 14 meridian set
This set is tuned according to the traditional acupuncture map: twelve major meridians and two central vessels each receive their own vibration. You use the tones to tune the vibration of the meridians towards the desired value. The literature calls this process entrainment, a gradual, gentle attunement that is kind to the body.

Material, size and packaging
The forks are weighted aluminium, with lengths between 10 and 30 centimetres. The tuning accuracy is within ±0.25 percent. The full set weighs 1015 grams, and the blue velvet pouch measures 40×37 centimetres with separate compartments to hold each fork in place.
How to use the set
The weighted forks work on the surface of your body. Strike the head against your palm and gently rest the stem above the desired acupuncture point. The vibration is deep and lasts long, and you will feel the tone gently take up the meridian's rhythm. At the beginning, work with one fork at a time and notice how your body responds.
Storage and care
After use, wipe each fork with a soft, dry cloth and return them to the compartments of the velvet pouch. Do not drop the set on hard surfaces and avoid damp rooms. You will then hear accurate tones for many years and the surface of the forks will stay tidy.
