The Mi 528 Hz tuning fork is one of the most widely mentioned tones in the Solfeggio system and is often described as a sound of balance and calm. The 9.4 cm unweighted model offers you a small, easy-to-handle fork with a delicate ring and arrives in a blue velvet pouch. The aluminium keeps its natural silver shade for a clean, understated look.
Background of the 528 Hz tone
Mi is one of the six ancient Solfeggio tones and rings at 528 Hz. Some sound researchers such as Dr Leonard Horowitz have written extensively about it. We suggest you go past the scientific debates and pay attention above all to how the tone sounds in your quiet home and what feelings it brings up in you.
The 9.4 cm unweighted shape
The unweighted fork is small, light and gives a clean, airy ring. The 9.4 centimetre length makes it easy to store and travel with, while the 74 gram weight sits steadily in your hand. After you tap the two prongs the sound rings softly for 8 to 12 seconds in the room.
How to fit it into your day
Beside your morning coffee, during an afternoon slowing-down or before going to sleep, you can listen to the gentle vibration for 5 to 10 minutes. Many of you choose this as the first piece of a Solfeggio kit, because 528 Hz is the most accessible entry point. We gladly recommend it to you if this sound world is new.
Material and finish
The fork is made of anodised aluminium and keeps its natural silver tone if stored dry. The anodised surface is durable, scratch-resistant and does not stain the skin. The blue velvet pouch softly protects the prongs in a drawer or a bag.
Good to know before use
Always tap the fork on your palm or a soft rubber activator, never on metal. Only this way does the ±0.25% tuning accuracy stay clean over time. The fork is a wellness companion, not a medical device. If you are pregnant or under treatment, please ask your doctor before use.
