What you receive in the full chakra set
You receive a seven-piece tuning-bar set in the Tone variant, covering the complete chakra system: from the root chakra (Muladhara) to the crown chakra (Sahasrara). Each bar is tuned to the traditional tone of its own chakra, so you can work with the full sound-therapy cycle at once — at home, in a group, or in sound-therapy practice.
The seven chakra bars and their symbolism
The set follows the classic structure of the Indian yogic tradition. The 1st chakra (Muladhara, root) is groundedness, the 2nd (Svadhisthana, sacral) is creativity, the 3rd (Manipura, solar plexus) is self-confidence, the 4th (Anahata, heart) is love and harmony, the 5th (Vishuddha, throat) is expression, the 6th (Ajna, third-eye) is intuition, and the 7th (Sahasrara, crown) symbolises spiritual openness. These are meanings from the tradition, not medical claims.
Why choose the full set
If you regularly hold sound meditations or want to move through all seven chakras in turn, the full set is more convenient than collecting the bars one by one. The hand-tuning quality is consistent, and the longer resonance of the Tone variant also carries well in a group space. It also serves daily home practice: you can pick a different chakra each day, or move slowly within a single session from the lower chakra to the upper.
How to use the set in a single session
Lay the seven bars next to each other, in order. Pick up bar 1 first, tap it gently with the soft mallet, then bring it close to the corresponding part of the body and slowly circle it for 30-60 seconds. As the tone fades, set it back and pick up the next one. Around 5-10 minutes is reasonable for one full cycle. Keep your breath slow and deep throughout. The set also works in group practice: the facilitator sounds the bars one after another, while the participants simply listen and pay attention to their own bodies.
Package contents, Indian craftsmanship and storage
The package contains the seven tuning bars and the mallet that goes with them. The bars are Indian hand-made, produced from metal (aluminium alloy), and each one is tuned to the traditional tone of its own chakra. Small variations in size and finish are natural signs of hand work. Store the bars in a dry place, slightly apart from each other so they do not knock together. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth — no chemicals.
