A violet-toned faceted lead-crystal drop beneath a fine Tree of Life motif. In sunlight the crystal breaks the light and fills the room with little rainbows — while the violet hue gives the play of light a soft, contemplative mood.
The mood of violet
Compared with the clear shimmer of the white version, violet brings a deeper, more meditative shade; many regard it as a colour of calm and quiet. Beneath the Tree of Life motif it casts a particularly intimate light.
The Tree of Life symbol
The Tree of Life is an ancient motif recurring across many cultures: a tree spreading both branches and roots, representing life, growth and the connection between generations. It is known as a symbol of strength and roots.
Feng shui and play of light
Feng shui is a several-thousand-year-old Chinese outlook on the harmony between our surroundings and our well-being. Light-bending crystals are associated in tradition with a bright, lively atmosphere.
Material and hanging
Faceted lead crystal in a violet tone with a metal Tree of Life frame; about 30 cm long, with a hooklet. Ready for any sunny window.
Good to know and a gift idea
It gives its loveliest light in direct sunshine; keep the crystal sparkling with a dry cloth. The violet shade looks especially lovely in a bedroom or a quiet corner, and makes a thoughtful gift for anyone drawn to softer, deeper colours.
