This tiered stand is made of bamboo. It is 30 cm wide, 30 cm high and 24 cm deep, stands at a slant and is held up by a support leg at the back. Its shelves rise one above the other like steps. It weighs about 1 kg and is made in China.
Builds upwards to save space
With the shelves stacked above each other, it shows several rows on a small footprint. In the photos, each shelf holds four candles in glass jars. If you collect jar candles, perfumes or essential oils, everything stays in view and you won't need to dig through the back of a cupboard.
Each level has a raised lip along the front that keeps jars and bottles in place. As the back levels sit higher, the labels on the top row stay readable too.
Candles, perfumes and figurines on a chest of drawers
It looks good on a chest of drawers, in the bathroom or on a hallway cabinet, and crystals and small figurines can be lined up on it too. On a kitchen counter it suits a collection of tea or spice tins, and the pale bamboo goes with most furniture. At a craft fair stall, homemade candles and soaps can go on it and are easy to see from a distance.
Keep only unlit candles on it. Never put a burning candle on the bamboo, as the flame and the hot jar can scorch it.
Cleaning with a damp cloth
