The most common solution is to stretch the cord between two nails, hooks or wooden rails. Avoid pulling it too tight, because the wind needs room to move it. The cotton fabric gradually fades in the weather, which is a natural process. Instead of a heavy wash, we recommend at most a gentle hand-rinse in lukewarm water.
