How to use and care for it
For classic dry brushing, use on dry skin before the shower with small circular strokes moving toward the heart — a few minutes is enough to leave skin feeling fresher. For wet use, load with soap or shower gel and work gentle circles over legs, arms and back. After use, shake off excess water and let the brush dry bristle-up in an airy spot. A monthly soap-water soak keeps the bristles clean, and avoiding a permanently wet environment keeps the wooden base in good shape for years.
