A tea bag holder is a small but useful helper: a place for the used tea bag or the teaspoon, keeping the table and cloth free of drips. On this white piece appears the Flower of Life motif, a well-known symbol of sacred geometry that tradition regards as an ancient image of the unity of life.
Material and make
It is made of bone china — the strongest type of porcelain, in which at least 35% bone ash is added to the kaolin, feldspar and quartz. This makes the piece translucent yet durable, with a warm, fine glow. It measures about 10 × 10 cm.
