Hand-carved soapstone with pentacle inlay
This tarot box is hand-carved by Indian artisans from black polished soapstone, with a brass pentacle inlay on the lid. At 15 × 10 cm it suits standard-sized tarot decks, but you can also use it to store jewellery, small crystals or private letters.
What does the pentacle symbolise?
The five-pointed star is described in tradition as a symbol of the four elements (earth, water, fire, air) joined by spirit as the fifth. In many cultures it is known as a sign of protection and balance – a symbol that has accompanied meditative and contemplative traditions for centuries.
