Szentes ram's horn pepper is a proven Hungarian-bred variety. Recommended for both forcing and outdoor cultivation. Indeterminate and prolific — keeps producing new fruits all season. The fruit is long (18–22 cm), slightly curved, hanging, with a beautiful yellowish-green colour.
How to grow
Sow seeds in February–March into seed trays kept warm. Transplant seedlings in late May to the garden, or earlier under an unheated tunnel. 40 cm between plants, 50 cm between rows.
You can pick peppers from June (under cover) or July (outdoors). Excellent for stuffed pepper, lecsó, fresh salads — a versatile Hungarian classic.
