The tree of life motif
At the centre of the piece is a finely shaped metal tree of life, with small rose quartz pieces resting on its branches as leaves. The tree of life is an ancient symbol across human cultures, which for many people stands for growth, connection and the balance of nature. You bring a timeless visual message into your space on your wall or window.
Where it looks lovely
The suncatcher is a great choice for a kitchen window next to plants, a living-room reading corner, or a bedroom window where you would like to see soft morning light. As the total size is 30 cm wide and only 8 cm tall, it also fits well on smaller windows without taking up much space. In sunny weather the branches of the tree cast a small shadow on the wall, which you can enjoy as a quiet detail.
The materials
The frame of the tree is shaped from metal, and the small leaves are natural rose quartz pieces. The gentle pale-pink tone of rose quartz works beautifully with the lines of the metal. As the stones are natural, they arrive with small tone differences, which is a typical feature of real stone. The total weight is around 80 grams, which hangs stably on a small hook.
Where it comes from
The suncatcher is produced in China, where there is long experience in making such metal and stone compositions. It arrives in a cardboard box, in which you can comfortably pass it on as a gift if you would like to give someone a lovely, meaningful decoration.
Cleaning and lasting use
Wipe the branches of the tree and the rose quartz leaves from time to time with a soft, dry cloth, so dust does not dim the look of the piece. Do not use chemical cleaners directly on the suncatcher; for stains use a cloth lightly dampened with lukewarm water, then dry the surface. With this simple care you can enjoy the piece for many years.
