A lightweight burnt orange hoodie from Nomad Sari, in size M. It is made of 100% cotton in Nepal. Stone washing leaves the orange mottled, almost brownish in places. A black Nomad Sari emblem in a star-shaped frame sits on the chest, and a small infinity sign on the back. You get one hoodie.
An orange familiar in Nepal
In Nepal, where this hoodie is made, saffron orange is the colour worn by sadhus, the wandering Hindu ascetics. This hoodie is everyday wear and has no religious meaning, and to us it is more the colour of autumn leaves. It looks its best with jeans or with navy or black trousers, as the orange then stays the only strong colour.
Size M for an average build
M is the second of the four sizes. It suits an average build and is the right choice if you take M in other tops. The cut is unisex, and the photos show it worn by both a woman and a man. If you are between two sizes and like a loose fit, go for L instead. There is no measurement chart for this hoodie.
On its own in autumn, under a coat in winter
The fabric is thin, so on a cool autumn morning it is enough with a T-shirt underneath. In winter, wear it under a coat or jacket and pull the hood out over the collar. Your phone fits in the kangaroo pocket, and the hood tightens with a drawstring. For washing, follow the care label sewn inside.
You can wear it for a morning dog walk, at the market or in the garden. Orange is easy to see from afar even on a grey, misty day, and a pair of gloves fits in the pocket for a longer walk.
