Sound and character
Large monochords only reveal their full voice when the body rests evenly and securely on every contact point. The 127.5 cm bridge provides exactly this stable platform – the full length of the strings can vibrate without the stand absorbing the resonance.
How to use
Simply place the bridge onto the 28 cm round stand extension and set your large monochord on top. The instrument is now at a comfortable playing height for standing use, ideal for workshops, concerts and personal practice.
Why this product
If you play a large Feeltone monochord – such as the octave monochord – this 127.5 cm bridge is the matching version. You also keep flexibility: the same round stand system can later be reused with a different width bridge for other Feeltone instruments.
Care tips
- Fits only the extension – the 65 cm round stand uses a different bridge.
- With larger instruments, take extra care to use a stable, level floor.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Refresh the wood once a year with hard-wax oil.
