Spiced Black Tea Blend 1kg Nagy kiszerelés
This black tea base brings together the warmth of classic chai and the spiced mood of European mulled drinks in a single cup. A sturdy black tea is married with cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, green cardamom, cloves and cracked black pepper — warming, round, gently invigorating, reminiscent of both Indian tea houses and winter fair evenings. Offered in 1 kg trade nagy kiszerelés.
Flavour profile
First impression is warm and honeyed: cinnamon leads, orange peel and ginger follow. In the cup, the black tea's body carries a spiced upper layer — cardamom and clove deliver the deeper, festive character, while black pepper closes with a gentle, pleasant kick. Prepared with milk (masala chai style), the spices round out into a creamy, naturally sweet drink.
Who is it for?
Specialist tea shops and coffee houses (for their chai latte menu), patisseries and bakeries building a winter seasonal line, wellness and bath-house venues (as a cold-day welcome drink), and makers planning an own-brand chai. It sells particularly well October through March, on Christmas markets and Advent events.
Preparation tips
As straight tea: 2-3 g leaf per 200 ml at 90-95 °C, steep 3-4 minutes. Chai latte style: place 4-5 g leaf in a saucepan, add 200 ml water and 100 ml milk, simmer 3-4 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with cane sugar or honey to taste. Cold brew: 10 g leaf per litre of cold water, 8-12 hours in the fridge, for a smoother, less tannic drink. Ground, spent leaf can also season baked goods.
Storage and shelf life
Sealed, it keeps 24 months from production in a dark, dry, cool (max 22 °C) place. After opening, transfer to an airtight metal or glass container and use within 6 months. Spice aroma fades over time — keep away from other spices and coffee to preserve freshness.
