Soapstone incense holder with holes — 7 chakras, 25 cm
Soapstone is a soft, slightly waxy feeling stone that Indian artisans have hand-carved into decorative and ritual objects for centuries. This 25 cm long, 3.8 cm wide and 4.5 cm tall incense holder features the 7 chakras — each represented by a hole for a stick incense — with finely carved symbols.
The 7 chakras, in yoga and tantric tradition, are the body’s seven energy centres: from the grounding root (muladhara) to the crown (sahasrara). Their visual depiction on the holder serves as a quiet focal point during meditation, breathwork or calm reading.
How to use
Insert a stick into one hole (or several at once). Light the tip, wait until it glows evenly, then blow out the flame — the gentle ember releases the scent. Ash falls into the tray-like groove, keeping surrounding surfaces clean.
Great for meditation, yoga, mindfulness breathing, massage or evening rituals. Place out of drafts for a steady smoke column, away from flammable materials, and never leave unattended.
Soapstone character
Soapstone is named for its soft, slightly soapy feel. Handle with care — a corner can chip if dropped, and hard metal can scratch the surface. Dust with a dry soft cloth. Remove ash regularly; remove resin buildup with a slightly damp cloth and a gentle toothbrush. Avoid harsh chemicals, vinegar or citrus juice, which the porous stone can absorb.
