Both an incense burner and an aroma lamp
This sturdy 14 cm lamp is made of Indian soapstone and serves two roles at once: place loose incense or resins on the stainless steel sieve on top, or pour water and a few drops of essential oil into the lower bowl to use it as an aroma lamp. A single tea light is enough to heat it – no charcoal needed.
The advantage of the sieve
The sieve design lets you mix your favourite loose incenses and resins, so you can create new fragrance blends each time. A fine choice for purification rituals, contemplative practice, evening meditation or a calm hour after a long day.
The unique character of Indian soapstone
Soapstone is a natural mineral that has long been carved in India into vessels and ceremonial objects. Its colour ranges from lighter grey to darker, marbled shades, so every piece has a unique pattern. A clear lacquer protects the surface during use.
How to use
As an oil burner: fill the upper bowl with water and add a few drops of an essential oil you enjoy. Aroma waxes are also suitable. As an incense burner: place a few grains of loose incense or resin on the sieve, with a tea light underneath. Oils and waxes are to be ordered separately.
Safety notes
Never leave burning incense or a tea light unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. The metal sieve becomes hot during use – handle with tongs if needed.
