Hand-carved soapstone with black polished finish
This 10 cm incense burner is hand-crafted from Indian soapstone with a black polished finish. It holds an incense stick and two cone-shaped incenses, so you can flexibly use it for your favourite form of fragrance.
The Hand of Fatima – an ancient protective symbol
The Khamsa hand (known to many as the Hand of Fatima) is an ancient protective symbol whose roots are traced back to ancient Mesopotamia. In Islamic tradition it is known as the Hand of Fatima, and in Jewish tradition as the Hand of Miriam; many describe it as a gentle symbol of protection against the evil eye and negative energies.
How to use
Place an incense stick in the upper opening and light it. Use the dedicated recesses for cone-shaped incense. The polished soapstone catches the ash falling from the ember, helping keep your surroundings cleaner.
Packaging and delivery
The incense burners arrive from the source in packs of three, with the price given per piece. As a customer you of course receive your own piece individually – the pack of three is just an internal note of the supply packaging; we send you the number of pieces you order.
What to keep in mind
Never leave burning incense unattended. Place it on a heat-resistant surface and keep it safely out of reach of children and pets. The polished surface can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
