Black polished soapstone – quiet elegance
This 8.5 × 9 cm incense burner is made of grey Indian soapstone with a black polished finish and a pentacle motif on the lid. The set includes a grey metallic 8 cm stainless steel sieve for burning loose incense and resins.
The meaning of the pentacle
The five-pointed star is described in tradition as a symbol of the four elements joined by spirit. In many traditions it is a simple yet expressive sign of protection, harmony and balance – fitting for quiet, contemplative moments.
One tea light, many fragrances
Thanks to the sieve design, no charcoal is needed: a tea light is enough to warm the sieve and gently release the aroma of the loose incense or resin placed on it. You can freely combine frankincense, myrrh, herbal blends or other resins – for purification rituals, evening meditation or as a companion for quieter hours.
Where to place it
Its size fits easily on a bedside table, window sill or meditation shelf. The black polished surface suits clean, modern rooms and adds a calm note to a reading corner.
Cleaning and attention
Once the sieve has cooled, it can be cleaned with a fine brush. Wipe the soapstone part with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. The sieve becomes hot during use, so handle it with tongs and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Never leave burning incense or a tea light unattended.
