Sisal gloves — the classic shape for fast, effective exfoliation
The Sisal Scrubbing Sponge - Gloves are 22 x 14 cm hand-fit exfoliating gloves covered in woven sisal fibre. Worn on the palm, they apply pressure more reliably than any loose sponge and cover large areas — back, thighs, calves — in seconds. One piece fits either hand and weighs 52 g.
Why gloves instead of a sponge
A soapy sponge can slip; a glove stays put. You get better pressure control, longer use without arm fatigue, and easier access to the side of the torso and underarms. This is the most intensive scrub in our accessories range.
How to use
Soak in warm water for about thirty seconds until the fibres soften, slide the glove onto your hand, add a little shower gel and work from the limbs toward the heart. Reach the back by crossing the gloved hand over the opposite shoulder and pulling lengthwise. Use once or twice a week — daily scrubbing can dry the skin.
Care and replacement
Rinse, squeeze out water, and hang fibre-side out to air-dry. Replace after four to six months of daily use. Avoid the washing machine, dishwasher and radiators.
