Seven polished stones hang in a row on this pendulum, each a different colour and shape. Hanging from a silver-tone chain, it has an elongated form, so you can see each stone clearly. The pendulum is about 25 cm long including the chain and was made in India.
Seven colours in a row
The stones come in purple, grey, white, green, brown, red and black. The colours do not follow the familiar rainbow sequence of the seven chakras, as these stones simply show their own natural colours.
With so many small stones, this pendulum is more colourful and longer than the single-stone versions. Held over a table, its swing is easy to follow. In a small space, hold the chain shorter so the stones do not touch the table. As a present, it suits someone who loves colourful stones.
Hang it up between uses
Its long shape makes it attractive even when you are not using it. Hung on a hook or a window handle, all seven colours show well in daylight.
When you ask a question, hold the end of the chain, rest your elbow and wait until the stones are still. Give it a few seconds until all seven stones have come to rest.
Natural stones, a one-off row
Colour, shape and pattern vary from stone to stone, so no two pendulums are the same. Yours will look a little different from the photo. Wipe the chain and stones with a soft, dry cloth.
To store it, lay it out straight in a long box or the corner of a drawer. That way the chain does not tangle between the stones and the row does not twist.
