A three-piece mini bolster set that can support the body at several points at once – ideal if you like to settle gently yet steadily into a restorative practice.
What the set includes
The set contains three mini bolsters in OCS-certified organic cotton: one black, one anthracite and one dark blue. Each is about 12 × 40 cm, filled with natural buckwheat hulls.
What a mini bolster is for
The smaller bolster gently supports the shoulders, back, neck and the hollow of the knees, and also works as a neck pillow. With several pieces you can support different points of the body at once, so restorative poses bring a deeper release. It is a good companion for playful yoga with children too.
Material and make
The cover is OCS 100 certified organic cotton, and the filling is high-quality buckwheat hulls that mould to the body. The height can be adjusted by removing or adding filling.
Who it suits
A good choice for restorative and yin practice, for making long held poses more comfortable, and for travel, where a smaller, versatile support is more practical. The three neutral colours suit any interior, and the set makes a lovely gift for those starting out in practice.
Care
The covers can be washed gently. Because of the natural dyeing, the shade may vary a little from piece to piece.
