The pyramid is a stable, geometric form, carved here from selenite. This third variant has its own proportions and surface finish, so it looks slightly different from our other pyramid pieces. We thus give you several versions to choose from, so you can take home your favourite.
The light of selenite
Selenite is a soft, whitish, translucent mineral with a characteristic silky sheen. It glows softly in both natural sunlight and lamp light, and it shows different shades depending on the time of day. Your specimen contains fine internal layers and lines, which come from the stone's natural structure.
Where to place it
Thanks to its compact shape, the pyramid looks great almost anywhere: on a bookshelf, windowsill, coffee table, or next to a desk. In morning sunlight, the surface sparkles, while in the late afternoon it takes on a warmer tone. You should choose a place where it is clearly visible but protected from knocks.
What to watch for
Selenite is a soft, easily scratched mineral, so avoid contact with hard objects. The tip of the pyramid is particularly delicate, and that is where damage most often occurs. If there are children in the home, place it on a higher shelf, away from curious hands.
Care
Wipe it only with a dry, soft cloth. Selenite cannot be washed with water and must not be kept in persistently humid environments. For storage, wrap it in soft fabric to protect it from scratches if you are not using it for a long time.
