Selenite Cone-Shaped Tealight Holder (Variant 2)

Selenite cone-shaped tealight holder (variant 2), slimmer, taller form. You can place a standard tealight inside, gentle light points appear at night.

What is different about variant 2

This cone is somewhat taller and slimmer than variant 1. The surface's jaggedness and lines are unique — this piece is shaped one by one in the workshop by hand from the selenite block. A cone with a stronger character arrives to you, standing out more among other objects on your shelf.

The moon-white look and play of light

The surface is milky white, translucent in places. When you light the tealight inside, the flame's warmth radiates from within the cone through the walls, and points of light of different intensities appear on it. During dinner or rest you can see gentle, moving light patterns cast onto the shelf.

Where it looks good

This taller variant especially suits a higher shelf or the centre of a dining table, where its height can come into its own. On a living-room shelf, placed next to a smaller, lower piece (such as a heart palm stone), they differ nicely and together form a small natural group.

Size and shape differences

Since variant 2 is also hand-made, no two variant 2 pieces are exactly the same. The height, the cone's angle, the surface roughness vary slightly between pieces. This should not be seen as a flaw — it is exactly what makes every piece unique.

Safety and care

Use only standard tealights. Do not pour water on it, and never leave a lit candle unattended. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. With careful handling, it will keep its character for years.
