Secret Island Blend Tea 50g
Secret Island is a sun-drenched tropical blend that evokes the flavour of Piña Colada (the classic pineapple-coconut cocktail) — minus the alcohol and cream, as a fragrant, smile-inducing cup. A generous 30% pineapple, together with grated coconut and coconut chips, brings a genuine island adventure into everyday life, while hibiscus and apple keep the blend in balance.
Flavour profile
The cup glows golden-red thanks to cut hibiscus, which contributes a gentle acidity. Caramelised pineapple dominates the centre with its honeyed sweetness, rosehip balances it subtly, and grated coconut plus coconut chips deliver a creamier, softer finish — you can almost feel the sandy beach beneath your feet. Apple provides a careful tart backdrop so the whole cup is never too sweet. The aroma is hard not to love: sunshine, summer, seaside.
What it is for
An excellent choice for late mornings or afternoons when you want refreshment and a lift in mood — especially on cooler, grey days when we need to bring a little sunshine into our cup. Wonderful as an iced tea in early summer, at garden gatherings, or simply at home when you wish the aroma alone could transport you to a tropical island. Preparation
Use 4 grams of tea (one heaped teaspoon) per 200 ml of water. Boil the water and pour it at 95 degrees Celsius over the tea. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes so the sweet pineapple and coconut notes fully dissolve. For iced tea, brew slightly stronger, strain, chill and serve over plenty of ice with a few fresh pineapple cubes and perhaps a mint leaf. A splash of coconut milk makes it creamier and more cocktail-like.
Ingredients
Pineapple (30% — pineapple, cane sugar, acidifying citric acid E 330), cut hibiscus, rosehip, apple (approx. 97.5% apples, salt, citric acid E 330, optional ascorbic acid E 300), grated coconut, coconut chips, aroma. The generous share of pineapple gives the blend its body, while hibiscus and rosehip provide visual and flavour balance. All ingredients are of natural origin and carefully selected.

Storage
Store in a dry, cool place away from light, tightly sealed. Coconut contains fat, so if stored in a location that is too warm, its flavour may diminish over time. On warm summer days in homes without air conditioning, it is worth placing it at the bottom of the fridge, but tightly sealed.
