A hushed, violet-toned flame that is good to set down the weight of the day around. This scented candle is made in the spirit of the seventh chakra, the crown chakra, and closes the seven-part chakra series – evoking a mood of spaciousness, letting go and quiet presence.
The crown chakra as the peak of the series
The chakra tradition lists the seven main energy centres along the spine, from its base to the top of the head. The seventh and highest is known in Sanskrit as Sahasrara; tradition links it with spirituality, openness and higher awareness. Its traditional colours are violet and white. If the lower centres lead from grounding up to the opening heart, the crown is where that path arrives – tradition describes it as a thousand-petalled lotus opening upward. This piece is the natural close of the series. The candle gives that mood a light; it promises no fact and no effect.
Material and design
The candle has a stearin/paraffin base with a fragrance composition suited to the chakra, set in glass. It measures roughly 20 × 3.7 cm and burns with a steady, quiet flame. The violet colour and subtle scent evoke the theme of the crown chakra and bring the seven-chakra set to a close.
How to use it
Ideal for closing a meditation practice, an evening wind-down, or burning the full chakra series together, from the red root chakra to here. It gives a quiet, finishing note to a ritual. Trim the wick before lighting and set it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Good to know
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from flammable objects, children and pets.
