This brown box holds 15 g of Satya incense sticks with a coconut scent. It is soft, creamy and pleasantly sweet. The box is 22 cm long, and the sticks are made in India.
Creamy coconut with a little sweetness
If you like the smell of coconut biscuits or summer sun cream, you will find familiar notes here. It is not spicy, more soft and sweet. Even on grey winter days it brings summer to mind. Try it on a Saturday morning once the cleaning is done and you can finally sit down with a coffee.
Where the coconut scent comes from
The ingredient list shows vanillin, coumarin, Yara Yara powder and fragrance, with no coconut among them. So the scent comes from fragrance materials. Vanillin is the well-known scent compound of vanilla, coumarin gives the sweet smell of freshly cut hay, and Yara Yara recalls orange blossom.
In a heatproof holder, window ajar
After lighting, blow out the flame so the stick only glows. Stand it in a heatproof holder away from curtains, and don't leave it burning when you leave the room. In a smaller room, open a window a little. Close the box after use so the remaining sticks keep their scent longer.
The larger brown box in the photos is the outer pack. You receive the slim 15 g pack. If you would like a lighter Satya scent too, we also have tropical lemongrass in the same pack size, and for a drier change from sweetness, the Satya vetiver.
