The Sansula is a unique instrument of African heritage: kalimba tines are mounted on a wooden frame covered with natural drumhead, giving the tones a rich, resonant and almost floating character. The instrument resonates soothingly in your palm, and its playing is intuitive and hypnotic. Pressing the drumhead modulates the pitch — this is the signature wah-wah effect.
The Renaissance Aria model represents the air element. Crafted with modern weather-resistant drumhead and a unique color tone — a delight as both instrument and decorative piece.
This variant is tuned to 432 Hz reference pitch — considered by many softer and more grounding than the standard 432 Hz.
