A snare drum on the body of your guitar
The SamJam is a small snare plate that you place on the body of your acoustic guitar - struck with a finger or palm it produces a genuine snare-drum-like sound. This way you can accompany your own strumming with rhythm, as if a drummer were sitting next to you. A great choice for singer-songwriter performances, playing at home and street music alike.
Dark striped veneer, carefully built resonance box
The playing surface is covered with a Hard Coal Stripes design veneer, a handsome dark striped look on any guitar. The small resonance box is made of SPL (sonic projection lignum), a wood material developed for sound projection. With the built-in SnareBuzzControl you can adjust how much the snare buzzes - from a gentle accompaniment to a pronounced rattle.
Mounted without glue, removed without a trace
Attachment takes seconds and needs no glue: the adhesive material is 100 percent solvent-free and can be removed from the guitar at any time without leaving a trace. You need not worry about marks or damage on your beloved instrument. According to the manufacturer it suits all common classical and western guitars.
Dimensions at a glance
The SamJam measures only 15.5 x 8 x 1.1 cm and weighs about 0.2 kg, so it does not affect the handling of your guitar. Made in Germany from high-grade materials - a small device that makes a big difference to your playing.
