Sahumitos are hand-tied smudge bundles that you light and then put out, leaving them to smoulder. This variant is wrapped in rosemary, giving a green, herbal smoke.
The bundle and rosemary
The inner core is cedar, laurel and eucalyptus, while the outer layer is rosemary. Rosemary gives a fresh, green, slightly peppery smoke. Tradition ties rosemary to cleansing the aura, spiritual connection and protection, which makes it a favourite plant for mindful, gathered moments.

How to use
Light the end of the bundle, let it catch flame, then blow it out so it begins to smoulder. Carry the smoke around the space over a heatproof bowl or shell. Use in a ventilated area and never leave it unattended.
