Copal is one of the most important resins of Central and South American incense tradition: its fresh, pine-balsamic, faintly citrus smoke has been used for cleansing rituals for centuries. These sticks are made from Peruvian copal, hand-rolled in Argentina.
The smoke of Peruvian copal
Copal gives a clean, bright resin smoke that freshens and rinses a space. Tradition knows it as the resin of cleansing rituals and of an intimate, reverent atmosphere – airy yet substantial.
Handcrafted quality
Natural Peruvian copal resin, charcoal, salt and a plant-based binder, rolled by hand. Each pack holds 8 sticks, each burning for about 60 minutes. Being artisanal, sticks may vary slightly.
When to light one
For clearing a space, meditation, or a fresher, cleaner scent at home. Light the tip, blow out the flame and let it smoke in a heat-proof holder, away from drafts and never unattended.
