There is something quietly grounding in the slow curl of smoke from a hand-rolled incense. In this piece the seven chakras takes the lead.
The seven chakras, up close
The set brings together seven hand-rolled sticks, each a different scent, made from essential oils, herbs and salt. Every stick brings a different character, so the seven together are a varied fragrance journey.
The chakra tradition describes the energy centres of Eastern thought, from root to crown. The set evokes this tradition with one scent per chakra, often chosen for meditation and turning inward.
Hand-rolled sticks from natural material
The sticks are rolled by hand in small batches from herbs and resins, held together with a plant-based binder. The smoke stays clean and even, without a pile-up of synthetic fragrance.
- Contents: approx. 7 sticks per pack
- Burn time: around 50 minutes per stick
- Length: approx. 37 cm
- Crafting: hand-rolled with a plant-based binder
Use and good to know
Use it in a stable, heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated space, away from anything flammable. Light the tip, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the smouldering end releases the scent, and never leave it burning unattended.
This is a hand-made product built from natural materials, so colour, thickness and the nuance of the scent can vary slightly from piece to piece; that variation is part of its artisanal origin, not a flaw.
One lit stick, a few quiet minutes; sometimes that is all it takes for the room and the attention to settle again.
