What you will find in the box
This gift set works with the mild, sweetly woody character of palo santo. Inside the gift box you will find 3 premium palo santo smudge bombs, 1 palo santo smudge stick, 4 palo santo incense sticks and 1 palo santo incense tablet. Every format is based on the same scent family, just comfortable in a different situation.
How to use it
Light the smudge stick for a few seconds, blow out the flame, then slowly carry the smouldering end around the corners of the room above a heatproof bowl. Use the smudge bomb and the tablet with a charcoal disc or in a sieve-style burner. Place the stick in a regular incense holder and light the tip.
What palo santo is used for
Palo santo (meaning 'holy wood') is a South American tree whose scent is traditionally used for space and aura cleansing - to create a calm, fresh, 'cleared' atmosphere. Worth using when moving into a new home, after an intense week or before a meditation session. The different formats suit different occasions: the stick for a short daily ritual, the smudge stick for a more thorough space-clearing.
About Sagrada Madre
The brand name means 'Holy Mother', a reference to respect for natural resources. For Palo Santo harvesting they use specifically only old branches that have fallen from the tree naturally, and they plant new Palo Santo trees together with native communities in Peru and Argentina. Sagrada Madre plants more trees than it uses. All products are handmade in Argentina from 100% natural ingredients.
What to watch out for
Always place in a suitable heatproof burner. Never leave a burning incense unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets, and ventilate the room. The gift box is 15.5 cm long and the total weight is 111 g.
