This gift set works with the calming, harmonising character of lavender. How to use it
Light the smudge stick for a few seconds, blow out the flame, then slowly carry the smouldering end around the space over a heatproof bowl. The smudge bomb and the incense tablet can be used on a charcoal disc or in a sieve-style burner. Place the stick in a regular incense holder and light the tip.
Why lavender
Lavender has been the scent of calming down, releasing tension and restful sleep for centuries. Worth reaching for after a long day, before bedtime or at the start of a meditation. About Sagrada Madre
The brand name means 'Holy Mother', a reference to respect for natural resources. For Palo Santo harvesting they use only old branches that have fallen from the tree naturally, and they plant new Palo Santo trees together with native communities in Peru and Argentina. Sagrada Madre plants more trees than it uses. All products are handmade in Argentina from 100% natural ingredients. The packaging is restrained and made of natural materials.
What to watch out for
Always place in a suitable heatproof burner. Never leave a burning incense unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets, and ventilate the room. The gift box is 15.5 cm long and the total weight is 111 g.
