A rudraksha bracelet of 21 seeds on an adjustable cord – the sacred seed of Hindu tradition for everyday wear on the wrist.

The rudraksha seed

Rudraksha is the hard, ridged seed of the Southeast Asian tree Elaeocarpus ganitrus; its name means "the tears of Rudra" in Sanskrit, and tradition links it to the god Shiva. The bracelet is made of five-faced (5 mukhi) seeds, regarded for thousands of years as a sacred aid to practice and devotion. The meaning attached to them is traditional, not a medical claim.

Finish and wear

Thanks to the adjustable cord the bracelet fits the wrist quickly, so the sacred seed of mantra practice is at hand even on the move. The cord is adjustable, fitting comfortably up to about a 8 cm wrist. The seeds are natural, so their colour, size and shape vary slightly from one to the next.

Good to know

Keep it dry; the surface can occasionally be cared for with a little natural oil. Avoid harsh chemicals.
