A rudraksha bracelet of 21 seeds on an adjustable cord – the sacred seed of Hindu tradition for everyday wear on the wrist.
The rudraksha seed
Rudraksha is the hard, ridged seed of the Southeast Asian tree Elaeocarpus ganitrus; its name means "the tears of Rudra" in Sanskrit, and tradition links it to the god Shiva. The bracelet is made of five-faced (5 mukhi) seeds, regarded for thousands of years as a sacred aid to practice and devotion. The meaning attached to them is traditional, not a medical claim.
Finish and wear
The seeds are strung on a simple, adjustable cord to wear on the wrist, whether as a companion to your meditation mala or as a standalone everyday piece. The cord is adjustable, fitting comfortably up to about a 9,5 cm wrist. The seeds are natural, so their colour, size and shape vary slightly from one to the next.
Good to know
